How is overtime calculated?
Hours worked above your overtime threshold (default 40/week) are paid at hourlyRate × overtimeMultiplier (default 1.5x for time-and-a-half).
Can I use partial hours?
Yes. Daily hours accept decimals, e.g. 7.5 for 7 hours 30 minutes. Step buttons also default to quarter-hour increments.
